          Taking pills can speed up weight loss. You will feel comfortable because you don’t need to do exercise or go to a gym.

          Some of you might think taking pills is a good way to keep fit, but do you know the disadvantages of it?

          The pills contain a banned substance and it makes liver to fail. So taking pills is very dangerous. If you can’t have a liver transport, you may die.

          Next, let’s talk about skipping meals. The advantage of skipping meals is it saves money. It is also quick to keep fit. You don‘t need to do exercise, just eat less.

          However there are some disadvantages too. You feel hungry and lose the energy for activities. Somebody will also faint. At last, you haven’t go enough energy to burn fat, and you can’t get slim in a long term.

          Teenagers should do more exercise and keep fit in a healthy way.
